By using English Academy you agree to the terms below. They are written in ordinary language so no lawyer is needed to interpret them.
Accounts
One account, one person. Guard your password, and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account. We may deactivate accounts used to damage the service or disturb other learners.
Material
You may use the articles, questions, and course material on this site to learn, including quoting parts of it with attribution. What you may not do is copy paid material to resell it or distribute it in bulk.
Paid courses
The price shown is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees and no automatic renewals. Course access opens once your payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Refunds
If course material does not open after you pay, or its content does not match what we promised on the course page, tell us within seven days and we refund you in full. Requests outside that window are judged one by one, fairly.
Certificates
A certificate is issued once you finish all the material in a course. Every certificate carries a unique code that anyone can check on our verification page. Our certificates are proof of completed study at English Academy, not an official state certification or an international examination result.
Limits of liability
We work to keep the material accurate and the site running, but we cannot guarantee a particular learning outcome or an exam pass. Academic and professional decisions remain yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
