You get an estimate of your CEFR level, from A1 to C1, plus a recommended learning path for the goal you pick. After that, create a free account so your progress, streak, and certificates are saved.

Our certificates are English Academy course completion certificates, not official examination results like TOEFL ITP or IELTS. Unlike a PDF certificate anyone can fabricate, ours carries a unique code and a scannable QR that checks its authenticity on our public verification page — so a recruiter or scholarship committee can confirm it themselves without contacting us. If your requirement names an official score, you still need to sit the test with an official provider.

Yes. We offer a TOEFL preparation program targeting ITP 500+ and IELTS preparation targeting band 6.5, both self-paced with graded material and practice. One thing we say plainly: we help you prepare, we do not administer the test, and no institution anywhere can guarantee a score.

Yes — that situation is exactly what the material was designed around. The level test starts at A1, so even from zero you get a result without being made to feel small. Note that the lesson explanations are written in Indonesian, since our learners are Indonesian speakers.

Finish every lesson in a course, then mark the last lesson complete. The certificate is issued automatically on the spot, with your name, the course title, the issue date, a unique code, and a verification QR. You can open it any time from My Progress, print it, or save it as a PDF. There is no extra fee for issuing certificates.

Not yet, and we choose not to promise them before we are truly ready. Every course here is self-paced: material opens whenever you have time, lessons are marked complete, and progress saves itself. The material is written by the English Academy writing and editorial team under the direction of our founder, Dr. Kismullah Abdul Muthalib, S.Pd., M.App.Ling., an applied linguistics academic at Universitas Syiah Kuala. Every article names its writer openly. As for AI, our rule is public in the Editorial Policy: AI may help with research and first drafts, but nothing is published without human review.

Second, the academic direction is held by an applied linguistics lecturer and every piece passes human review before it goes live. Payments are processed through Xendit. The payment page offers QRIS, bank virtual accounts, e-wallets, and cards. Once your payment is confirmed, course access opens automatically — no transfer receipts to send anyone. If you have a coupon code, enter it on the checkout page before paying.

Because the material is digital and opens in full the moment payment lands, we do not run automatic refunds. That is exactly why we provide ways to try first: one challenge course is entirely free, and every paid course has an opening lesson you can read without paying. If a payment problem appears — a double charge, or access that never opens — contact us through the contact page and we review every case one by one.

Yes, and that is how most people use it. The interface was designed for small screens first, including the quizzes and lesson pages. For convenience, the site can be installed on your home screen through the browser's Add to Home Screen menu — no app store download — and after that it opens like a regular app.

Ten minutes a day is enough to keep the rhythm: one daily quiz of three questions plus one new word. The questions change every day and your streak shows on the My Progress page. If you are taking a course, one lesson usually takes 15 to 20 minutes.
