This page explains what data we keep, what it is for, and what you can ask of us. We keep it as short as we can so it actually gets read.
Data we keep
If you only read articles or take quizzes without signing up, we store nothing that identifies you. Quiz answers live temporarily in your own browser.
If you register, we keep your name, your email address, and a one-way scrambled version of your password that nobody can read back, including us. While you study, we record your level test results, quiz scores, finished lessons, and any certificates issued. All of it exists to show you your own progress.
If you subscribe to email updates, we keep your email address and nothing else.
What we never do
We do not sell anyone's data. We do not trade it with third parties for advertising. We do not plant cross-site trackers to follow you around the web.
Payments
Course payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Your card and account numbers go into their systems, not ours. All we receive is the payment status and a transaction number.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. Send the request through our official email. Certificates that have already been issued stay publicly verifiable through their unique codes, but we remove the holder's identity if you ask us to.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we update this page and note the date of the update. Changes that matter will be announced by email to account holders.
